Containing the names of 51 Members of the Family, whether by birth of marriage, who served in the Forces of the King during the Great Wars of 1914-1918 and 1939-1945.

The following made the supreme sacrifice:-

Capt. 92^nd Punjabis, Indian Army. Died of wounds received in action in Mesopotamia, 7^th April, 1916, aged 30 years.

Cuthbert John Hamilton Clibborn (3)

Brigade Major Royal Horse Artillery. Killed in action at Armentieres, 14^th December 1915, aged 32 years.

Derek Percy Cox (4)

Lieutenant Royal Flying Corps. Killed upon a bombing expedition into Germany, 21^st August 1917.

Alexander Beamish Hamilton C.B. (5)

Brigadier-General. Died from illness contracted on active service, 30^th December 1918.

Archibald Samuel Hamilton (1)

Lieut.-Col. Commanding 14^th Battn. Durham Light Infantry. Died 13^th October 1915, from wounds received in action 26^th September 1915.

Paul Norman Hamilton (6)

Private 11^th Machine Gun Coy. Australian Imperial Force. Died from illness while on active service, 8^th August 1918.

The Honble. Harold Alfred Vyvyan St. George Harmsworth (7)

Captain Irish Guards. Died 12^th February 1918, from wounds received in action in November 1917.

The Honble. Vere Sidney Tudor Harmsworth (8)

Lieutenant Royal Naval Volunteer Force. Killed in action, 13^th November 1916.

John Steven King (11)

Served in the Royal Flying Corps. "Missing" and afterwards reported killed, October 1918.

Lucas Henry St. Aubyn King (9)

Captain Leinster Regiment. Killed in action, 8^th May 1915

Charles Thompson (10)

Served with the Canadian Forces. Killed at the Battle of Ypres.
