(a) Section III is the main focus of the database. We are trying to make it as reliable as possible but please remember that databases such as ours often have to choose between reporting data that may not be reliable (drawing attention to their reliability where practicable) and ignoring that data altogether. For more comment on this and other relevant issues, please read through the various support pages in the site. To see which pages have been added or changed recently, see Latest pages released.
(b) Sections I & II are included for interest & fun only. In particular, Section I should NOT be taken too seriously. With the exception of figures of historical importance who are known to have been well researched, we suggest you view ALL generations before (say) the 13th century with some caution. This applies to ALL genealogical databases - not just ours!
(c) "British" below means the British Isles = Great Britain (England + Wales + Scotland) + Ireland + Channel Islands + Isle of Man.
SECTION I - ANCIENT & MYTHICAL
SECTION II - CONTINENTAL FAMILIES - MEDIEVAL & RENAISSANCE
SECTION III - BRITISH FAMILIES - MEDIEVAL, RENAISSANCE & MODERN
