Families covered: Boydell of Dodleston, Boydell of Pulcroft

Ormerod shows the following Helto connected by dotted line to Osbert FitzHugh of Dodleston son of Hugh FitzOsberne of Dodleston son of Osberne FitzTeizon of Hanley, Grpoenhale, Dodleston, etc. (a 1086). We have seen a web site on the Boydell family which shows that last Osberne as a son of Raoul Taisson of Normandy, who was killed at the Battle of Hastings in 1066, and with Helto being son-in-law rather than son of Osbert FitzHugh.
