BLG1952 reports that "Albert, living 1166, received Craucestre (Craster) from John, son of Orford, for half a knight's fee of ancient feoffment. He m. Christina, sister of William de Argenton." Bateson provides some 12th-14th century ancestors but does not provide a connection with the following (and appears to confuse the first 2 Edmunds).
