Families covered: Smith of Bacton, Smith (Smyth) of Cavendish, Smith (Smyth) in Suffolk

We alternate somewhat arbitrarily between using 'Smith" and "Smyth". Visitation, which was used when this page was first produced, uses "Smyth" but MGH, which was used for the review & expansion on 19.11.20 (which inserted an additional generation at the beginning), uses 'Smith".
