| According to our normal rules, we should not include the following family as we do not yet have a connection to it from elsewhere in the database. We include it because the Harleian editor reports that, alongside the arms recorded in the Visitation, was the note "Eldest of the Family". As Visitation shows the arms as "Barry nebulée of six Argent and Sable, a canton Gules", that seems to support the view that the following was the senior branch of at least some of the branches reported above. | |||||||||||||||
