The author of the article (H.S.G.) identifies this Fulco as ancestor of the Nugent family. "The name Nugent being taken from Nogent-le-Rotrou, the family residence of the Counts of Perche." Hence, identifying him as the Fulke that heads Nugent1 seems to be reasonable. Note that Nugent1 reports that he is "Said to be 11th in descent from Albert, Comte de Perche". | |||||||||||||||
