Visitation ends by showing Thomas, William & Mary in the next generation. The Harleian editor includes a note providing more detail, reporting what Gregory King noted "at the end of the Visitation book", which is also recorded in "Staffordshire Pedigrees (1664-1700)" edited by Armytage & Rylands.

The Harleian editor's note referred to above reports that William & Sarah had "several daughters" in 1681. The editor provides an additional note on William & Sarah's family, reporting that most of the issue "died young or unmarried" and mentions Henry and also the report in Commoners that Henry's dau/heir married Morgan Thomas. The editor then goes on to report that Commoners contains "a very incorrect account of this family", referring to the fact that it shows this William as son of Henry of Kingston (a 1659) brother of George, 1st Earl of Norwich (see here). We follow Visitation's report on William's ancestry but accept Commoners' report on his descendants.
