Godfrey Heathcote of Chesterfield
Identifying this Godfrey as the Godfrey shown in the continuation is speculative. However, Nichols does add a note for Godfrey that "Of this family was Mr. Gilbert Heathcote, alderman of Chesterfield, whose eldest son, Gilbert, was created a baronet ... and whose third son, Samuel, was also created a baronet" which supports the connection even if it does not fully prove the generation.
