(1) The following section was first launched on 03.11.06 as a section of a Temporary page. It was moved here after review led to acceptance that there was little chance of our making a significant improvement to it in the near future and that, after we had adjusted the presumed connection between the 2 families, it was 'good enough' to be promoted into the main database.
(2) TCB reports that Sir Hercules, 1st Bart, has been "erroneously described" as son of Sir Roger, posthumous son of Roger of Muckmayer (d 1609), nephew of Sir Hercules (dsp 16.04.1639). From this we get the second family shown below which we speculate was connected to the first one in the way shown.
