In the 1584/5 report, he is shown as having "little Sir Marmaduke" (father of Sir Robert, Sir William, Sir Marmaduke & Sir John) as his elder half-brother. In the 1612 report, he is shown as half-brother of Sir Marmaduke & Sir William, all being sons of Sir Robert son of Sir Marmaduke son of Sir Robert. We suspect that he must have been about 2 generations before "little Sir Marmaduke". | |||||||||||||||
