MGH reports two different arms for this family: "Azure, a griffin segreant or" (Gwillim's Heraldry, supported by a momument at Layer Marney Church) and "Ermine, three lions combattant gules" (Berry's 'Essex Pedigrees'). Our copy of Berry's Essex Pedigrees (see Main Sources below) shows the arms as "Ermine, two lions combatant gules".
