(1) Strathendrick and its Inhabitants from Early Times' (by John Guthrie Smith), which supports the lower section of Galbraith1, reports on various Galbraiths of Hill of Balgair (p231+) but, provisionally, we have prepared the following using BPG2003 alone.
(2) BPG2003 identifies the following family's arms as "Gu. three bear's heads erased arg., muzzled az., within a bordure indented or, charged with three mullets of the third, a crescent of the second for difference".
