Westcote identifies them as "Sable a fess between three boars's heads couped between six crosslets, or" which, not least with boars replacing bears, makes them more similiar to the arms of the family shown above. | |||||||||||||||

Westcote shows a Nicholas as 2nd son of this generation. Vivian shows a Nicholas with the following family but does not connect him to the above. Before we reviewed this section using Westcote, we had presumed that Nicholas was brother or cousin of Edmond, rather than his son, because he married the mother of Edmond's son's wife.
