Foster shows Richard's children by Mary Sulliford (sic) as William (b 1608, had issue), Frances (m. Nathaniel Fiennes) & Mary (m. Alexander Thistlewayte of Compton Valance). Visitation (1530-1634) shows only 1 child by Margery Culliford, a Francis (sic). Visitation (Hampshire & Isle of Wight, 1686, 'Whitehead of Tytherley'), with a little input/support from HoP, provides the following.
m1. Margery Culliford (dau of John Culliford of Encombe in Purbeck)

HoP suggests that Richard & Anne had 2 sons and 1 daugher and reports that the daughter carried the Norton's Southwick estates into the Thistlethwayte family. The dates support the view that the wife of Alexander Thistlethwayte was indeed of the next generation.
