Margery, dau of Henry Scarisbrick) who was succeeded firstly by his elder son Nicholas (whose daughter Alice dspm) and then his younger son Henry (a 1472) who, by Joan dau of Robert Ditton, was father of Nicholas (m. dau of _ Samlesbury of Samlesbury) father of Nicholas (m. Margaret, dau of Henry Scarisbrick of Scarisbrick). We follow VCH.
