John Du Quesne
BLG1886 reports that "John Du Quesne (an elder of the French Protestant Church), fled out of Flanders, to avoid the Duke of Alva's persecutions), and settled at Canterbury, from whence he removed to London." John (originally Jean?) married thrice. BLG1952 provides the date which shows that his 3rd wife could not have been the mother of any (possibly but probably not excluding the youngest) of the children. Neither BLG1886 nor BLG1952 give the 2nd wife's Christian name. Berry shows only 1 wife, naming her just Judith and suggesting that she was the mother of all of John's children. We presume that Judith was the 2nd wife.
