  v. Maria (Mary) Benyon (b 08.03.1772, d 14.01.1852)
Maria is not mentioned by BLG1952 but is by Berry. TCP ('Midleton and Brodrick of Midleton') identifies the Viscountess as Mary, dau of Richard Benyon of Englefield House (formerly of Gidea Hall) by Lavinia, dau/coheir of James Smyth of St. Audries, but there is no mention of Lavinia by either BLG1952 or Berry. Since that Lavinia Smyth was mother of Maria's brother-in-laws, Edward & William Henry Fellowes, we suspect that TCP made a mistake on this.
