Roger Fenwicke of Bitchfield (Bichfield) (a 1538)
m. Ursula Heron (dau of John Heron of Chipchase, sister of George)
1. William Fenwicke of Prestwick Hall & Bitchfield
  m. (c1554) Eleanor Delaval (dau of Sir John Delaval)
Thanks to a site visitor (CV, 09.08.17) who referred us to a page in the National Archives that identifies the above William's wife as Eleanor Delaval. He also drew our attention to a pedigree on this family that is shown on a web site (here) although the original source is not identified. That pedigree shows, as the only son of the above Roger & Ursula Heron, the following Roger (m. Margaret Widdrington) who, noting that the Widdrington sources show a Margery Widdrington of this generation as married to Robert Fenwick of Bitchfield, we presume was the same person as the Robert shown in the below-mentioned Visitation (Northumberland, 1575).
