Visitation (1569) identifies the following family as of Holme Castell, Visitation (1634) as of Home Castle. VCH identifies the seat as Ham Castle, noting that, although Visitation (1569) shows the first Henry as "of Holme Castle", Ham Castle did not come into the family until the time of his son William.
