Denmylne implies that it was Mary who was mother of David's children but the Hamilton records, which suggest that her husband was son rather than brother of Sir Michael, suggest that she dsp. There may be some confusion here as Denmylne does later suggest that David might be 2 generations later although the dates make that unlikely.
